2. Black Rice Wine (alcohol infused)

Sticky black rice fudge infused with black rice wine with black rice wine ganache  “yolk” encased in velvety-soft home-made snow skin.

3. Kahlua Baileys  (alcohol infused)

Dark chocolate fudge infused with baileys with  kahlua baileys cheese truffle “yolk” in velvety-soft home-made snow skin.

4. Almond Caramel

Dark chocolate fudge with almond  and caramel brittles sweetened with date encased in velvety-soft home-made snow skin.

5. Matcha Mungbean Pistachio

Mungbean paste with premium matcha powder and pistachios encased in velvety-soft home-made snow skin.

6. Banana Chocolate

Dark chocolate fudge with mashed banana filling encased in velvety-soft home-made snow skin.
