Welcome to our FAQs! We’ve gathered everything you need to know about ordering, delivery, payments, and more in an easy Q&A format. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, feel free to reach out to us. We’re always happy to help.

When can I order?

Orders can be placed for the same day, H+1, or H+2, depending on the product. This information is shown on the label displayed on each product photo. You can pre-order all products up to 30 days in advance (H+30).

 

What are the cut-off times for ordering?

Same day - by 10.00 AM

H+1 - by 12:30 PM

H+2 - by 4:00 PM

All orders are subject to delivery slot availability and product availability

 

Who delivers the cakes?

Jakarta in-house courier or third party courier

outside Jakarta third-party couriers

 

Can I order decorated cakes online?

Yes, simple decorations are available through the website. For more elaborate decorations, please contact us via WhatsApp.

 

What are the delivery times?

Delivery slots are 9:00 AM–1:00 PM or 1:00 PM–5:00 PM. If you choose store-selected timing, delivery will be within a flexible window of 9:00 AM–5:00 PM. During peak periods, delivery may be scheduled within a flexible window of 9:00 AM–9:00 PM 

 

How should I store products and how long do they last?
Keep products as instructed and enjoy them within the recommended time. We can’t take responsibility if they’re stored incorrectly or kept too long.
 
Do your products contain allergens?
Allergens are listed in each product description. Some items may still have traces due to being made in the same kitchen.
 
Are there non-edible decorations on products?
Some items may include non-edible decorative pieces. Please remove them before use or consumption.
 
Are the fresh flowers on products safe to eat?
Yes! All fresh flowers used on our products are edible.
 
Are your products halal?
We are not halal certified. Most of our products do not contain alcohol. For items that do, we clearly note them, and separate utensils are always used to prevent contact with non-alcohol products. No pork or lard is used in any of our products. 

How are your cakes priced?
All prices include tax.
 
Do prices include delivery?
No, delivery fees are separate and depend on your location, and shown at checkout
 
Are prices the same on the website and in-store?
Yes, prices are the same whether you order through our website or in-store.
 
Can prices change?
Prices may change without notice, but confirmed orders won’t be affected.
 
Is there an extra charge for decorated cakes?
Yes, extra fees may apply depending on the design. 

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer, credit/debit cards, e-wallets, and other options shown at checkout.
 
Can I pay in cash for pick-up?
No, all pick-up orders must be fully paid in advance.
 
When do I need to pay?
Full payment is required at the time of ordering.
 
Will I get a receipt?
Yes, you’ll receive an order confirmation and payment receipt by email.

How can I earn Instant Treats or Choco Points?
You can earn Instant Treats or Choco Points by signing up, making purchases, referring friends, leaving a review, or celebrating your birthday.
 
How do I get points after a review?
Leave a review via the email we send after your purchase, reply to that email, and we’ll send you a promo code with your Instant Treats.

When do points show up?
Points will be reflected  instantly  after your order is completed.
 
How long do points last?
Redeem your points! They’re valid for one year from the date you earn them.
 
Where can I use my points?
Points earned online from purchases, referrals, gift cards, or promos can be redeemed for delivery, pick-up or dine-in orders at our store, but the order must be placed through our website. Points cannot be used for orders made directly in-store.
 
Can promotions change?
Yes, all promotions are at our discretion and may be activated, modified, or removed at any time without notice.
 

What if my cake is damaged?
If delivered by our in-house courier (Jakarta area), please check the cake in front of them. If it’s damaged, we’ll replace or refund right away.

For third-party couriers (outside Jakarta), coverage is based on their insurance policy (usually up to 10x the delivery fee). An unboxing video is required, and claims should be made within 24 hours of delivery.
 
What if I get the wrong product?
 If we make a mistake with your order, we’ll replace/ refund it as soon as possible.

Can I cancel my order?
All orders are final once placed.
 
Can I get a refund/replacement?
Refunds / replacements are only given if your order is damaged (see Guarantee section) or if we make a mistake.
 
What if I don’t like the taste?
Taste is personal, so refunds or exchanges aren’t available for that reason.
 
What if I don’t like the color of my decorated cake?
Colors may look slightly different in real life compared to what you see on screen, but we’ll make them as close as possible.

How do I use an e-gift card?
E-gift cards can be redeemed for delivery, pick-up, or dine-in orders via our website.

Can I use part of the e-gift card value?
Yes. If your order is less than the e-gift card value, the remaining balance cannot be refunded.

What if my order is more than the e-gift card value?
You can pay the difference with another payment method.

Can I use e-gift card  in store?
No, e-gift card must be redeemed online through our website.

Are e-gift cards refundable?
No, e-gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Can I use promotions or discounts with an e-gift card?
No, promotions or other discounts cannot be applied when using an e-gift card.

How long are e-gift cards valid?
E-gift cards are valid for one year from the date of issue.
